Terms of Service

The ResQ League is a whole-home services concierge and coordination company. When you contact us, we learn what your home needs, identify the appropriate service category, select a Preferred Provider we believe is suited to the job, coordinate the appointment, and remain involved while the work is performed.

Regulated contracting services are performed and contracted by appropriately licensed independent service providers, unless The ResQ League Home Services LLC is separately licensed and qualified for that specific trade.

Preferred Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, joint venturers or partners of The ResQ League. The agreement for any contracting work is between you and the provider performing it.

You agree to provide accurate information about your property and the service you need, to be available for the appointment you accept, and to communicate directly with the provider about the scope, schedule and pricing of the contracted work.

Pricing for contracted work is presented by the provider and approved by you, in writing, before work begins. Any estimate, range or starting price shown on this website is indicative only. The final price is set by the provider based on what the job actually requires.

We verify that Preferred Providers hold an active license for the category they serve and carry current general liability coverage before they are assigned jobs through our network. Verification is performed at onboarding and on a recurring basis, and you are welcome to ask a provider to show their credentials on site.

We work to match every valid request with an appropriate provider, but we do not guarantee that a provider will be available for every request, in every location, at every time. Where we cannot serve a request well, we will tell you rather than send someone unsuitable.
