We use your information to understand what your home needs, to identify the appropriate licensed service category, to select a Preferred Provider for the job, to coordinate and confirm the appointment, and to follow up with you while the work is in progress and after it is complete.

We also use your contact details to respond to your request and to communicate with you about it.

To deliver the service you asked for, we share the details of your request with the single Preferred Provider we selected for that job. That is what allows them to arrive prepared and quote accurately.

We do not sell your information, and we do not distribute your request to multiple contractors, lead brokers, or a shared-lead marketplace.

We may also share information with service providers who help us operate this website and our communications, or where we are required to do so by law.

Preferred Providers are independent businesses. Information you share with a provider directly, or that a provider collects at your home, is also subject to that provider's own privacy practices.
